Initiated by local youth, Paul Nicholl, with artistic direction and workshop delivery from the Echo Echo Ensemble. Paul's interest in movement improvisation has inspired the content of the workshops, which will include: mindfulness and meditation; movement exploration; movement improvisation and composition as well as dance choreography.
No previous experience in dance or movement necessary. Age 12+.
