Singing Mamas

Come and fill up your cup at Singing Mamas Derry led by Anna Nolan & Maeve Leahy.

We learn simple, soothing, uplifting songs from around the world by ear. No experience needed. All women welcome whatever age or stage of your life - with or without the wains. We welcome beginners, shower and car singers and all those "I can't singers".

Singing calms our nervous system and releases oxytocin (the bonding hormone). It lessens anxiety and depression reduces stress and exercises the brain and body. It improves breathing, posture and muscle tension - What is not to love??

Join us on a Friday morning at Echo Echo's beautiful studios to let the singing work its magic and make your day a little sweeter.
