Contact Improvisation Short Course
Contact Improvisation is a big part of our practice in Echo Echo, and it's simply a dance with a partner without a plan or set material. No Contact Improvisation experience necessary, bring your curiosity and enthusiasm for dancing and moving together.
We added a ???????????? session as well!
Contact Jam is the time when people can practice and dance Contact Improvisation without a lesson structure. It's the time to explore and play in your own time and follow your own interest. People who are familiar with Contact Improvisation can come for a Jam only, although it is advised to come to classes prior as it enriches the group experience. Teachers are facilitating the session.
