Gentle Movement and Mindfulness
Morning workshops with Karen are designed to gently awaking the body, moving and stretching into your day with awareness. The movements we will practice together are inspired by slow stretches from Kung Fu and Chi Gong, Yoga Nidra-body scan, Buddhist meditation and mindfulness.

About Karen Cassidy
Karen Cassidy has over 20 years experience learning and practicing martial arts, yoga, and meditation. As a trained Reiki Master, shamanic practitioner and Thai massage therapist, she works towards transforming and elevating the body physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Karen spent 9 years of her practice in Thailand focusing on ancient Asian techniques and forms to heal, strengthen and protect the body.
